It answers a few common questions up front, helps reduce back-and-forth communication, and (where noted) functions as an agreement around logistics and expectations if we move forward together.

Before I make any decisions, I ask my wife and a small circle of trusted friends to speak into incoming invitations—so I can stay present to my family, healthy in my pace, faithful to my commitments, and aligned with my calling. My first ministry commitment is to my local church community (Bridgetown), and from there I’m grateful when I’m able to serve and encourage other churches and ministries.
